SOLUTION

The first step was to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the market to ensure that the new Villarenters brand stood out from the competition.

To ensure effective improvements in customer experience, a set of sample user personas to were developed and used to rationalize the new site's structure and functionality.

RESULTS

Since the site's launch in January 2010, the site has delivered more visitors with potential customers spending longer on the site.
